Vintage ribbon from the Victorian era is fashioned of watered silk with embroidery. This is a spectacular piece of yardage, in PRISTINE condition... I NEVER use that word but this is as pristine as I can describe. NO issues or weakness, as beautiful as the day it was made. It has sweet embroidery as a patterning on the ribbon.
